Shipping Policies

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states via UPS or FedEx. Our rates are based on package size. The shipping cost will be figured after all items are added into the cart. Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska by ground are subject to the carrier’s normal delivery time.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive (using standard shipping methods) after you receive tracking information. If you do not receive your order within that time frame, please contact us at PalermoGifts.Ventura@gmail.com

Local Pickup Option: Orders using this method must be picked up within 72 hours after the order was placed. If you need more or less time, you may email us with a preferred date and time and we will hold your order for the allotted time. If no other date is arranged, the order will be automatically refunded to the point of purchase after 72 hours.

Returned Mail: If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can send the package again.

Please note: UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to PO Boxes. Should you enter a PO Box, your order will be delayed until we receive a physical address. UPS does not deliver on weekends, please keep that in mind when selecting a rush method.
